For christmas I ordered a pair of converse chuck taylor shoes in a grade school size 6 (after trying to get them from the local stores with no luck in them having them in stock so online buying was my only option) and when I received them they were a men's size 6 which is way to big for my 10 year old daughter I bought them for. I called the customer service line to get the issued resolved and was told that they will only refund my money and then I would have to reorder the shoe and they would not charge me for the faster shipping but they could not guarantee they would be here before christmas which is the reason i ordered them to begin with.

Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.

Monetary Loss: $75.

I liked: Fast delivery.

I didn't like: Them not making right on my order that they messed up.

I dont want my money back I want the correct shoe for my daughter for christmas so I will be going to a different store that has them in stock to get them
